Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous articles on the internet as well as a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. They have three kids.
